A 37-year-old lady was fatally struck by a Jeep Cherokee whereas she was strolling in Seekonk together with her 11-year-old son on Thursday night. Now, the alleged driver, who fled the scene, has been discovered and is being charged.
Jeremy Schmidt, 27, of East Windfall, Rhode Island, was arrested by Rhode Island State Police round four:30 a.m. Friday.
