Citizenship Amendment Act: Semester exam postponed in Jamia

In view of the continued protest in opposition to the Citizenship (Modification) Act on the College in Jamia Millia Islamia on Saturday Semester exams to be held have been postponed. A senior college official stated, “All of the semester exams scheduled for at this time (Saturday) have been postponed.



On Friday, protesters and police clashed in protest in opposition to the Citizenship Modification Act because the Jamia Millia Islamia college students stopped their march. The protesters wished to depart the college and go in the direction of the Parliament Home.

The date of the examination to be held on Saturday might be introduced later. Milia College will give details about it later.

At Delhi's Jamia Millia Islamia College on Friday, the ambiance grew to become grim when the scholars had been protesting in opposition to the Citizenship Modification Invoice, however the police and so they clashed. After which there was an argument between the police and the scholars. The police then used tear fuel on the scholars.
