David Cameron says second referendum ‘cannot be ruled out’

Former Prime Minister David Cameron revealed he thinks about his resolution to carry the EU referendum ‘every day’ and worries concerning the penalties.

Mr Cameron admitted that ‘some people will never forgive me’ after the 2016 vote, including second referendum ‘cannot be ruled out’.
