Emily Atack hits back at body shamers as she reveals she receives cruel comments on daily basis


Emily Atack has hit again at physique shamers, revealing she receives merciless feedback about her look each day.

The I’m A Celeb star, who’s at the moment smashing it as matchmaker on her sequence Singletown with Joel Dommett, shared hurtful messages she’d been despatched on Twitter.

‘People say I shouldn’t give this consideration.I’m attempting to indicate this actually occurs each day to some folks,’ the 29-year-old stated.

‘This was after my boyfriend & I went for a stroll on Sunday eve & I used to be unaware of photographs being taken. “Just ignore it!” No I gained’t. It’s hurtful. And I’m p***ed off.’

She went on to connect an image of merciless messages she’d obtained, whereas censoring the names of those that had despatched them.

Followers had been fast to share the love for the previous Inbetweeners star, with one writing: ‘What the actual hell is wrong with some people! This has made me furious. You are genuinely one of the most beautiful girls in the industry.’

One other identified: ‘Imagine wasting your time writing mean things about others…I pity them I really do.’

‘Ignore them Emily you’re stunning no matter measurement you’re. It’s unhappy that some folks really feel the necessity to carry others all the way down to make themselves really feel higher! All of the love,’ yet one more supportive fan informed her.

Emily has been open about her struggles with physique picture, lately admitting that she would search out feedback about herself when she first began showing on TV.

Talking to Little Combine star Jesy Nelson in a candid interview about physique picture and social media, Emily stated: ‘After I was very younger and I began The Inbetweeners, I used to be 17, and I by no means had an issue with my weight.

‘I thought I was gorgeous and then I saw myself on telly.’

She continued: ‘I’d go to hunt the feedback written on chat rooms and issues, speaking about my weight and issues like that and I believed, “Oh my God. Oh, I’m fat. People are calling me fat.”‘

‘I just want people to know it’s not okay,’ Jesy replied.

And it’s not the primary time Emily has spoken out about physique shamers, beforehand telling them the place to go.

Addressing her feedback to Metro.co.uk, she added: ‘People calling me ugly is unhealthy for other girls to see those comments, I don’t give a s***.

‘I can handle it. It was on behalf of anyone who gets fat-shamed, and these nasty comments. I’m identical to, “F*** off, it’s people like you who are the problem!” No person is ideal, simply f*** off!’
