Jet Airways goes down Kingfisher way

The Airline is operating seven aircraft and we will give its unutilized slots to other Indian carriers says a senior aviation officer, this is the statement made in 2012 for Kingfisher. There are many similarities between Kingfisher and Jet Airways in their last days.

They both stopped their International operational and went all domestic before suspending operations and went all domestic before suspending operations as it repeated in the matter of Jet Airways that happened for less than a week, while Kingfisher flew for several months in the country.

It has been decided that flight operations will be suspended for the next three days until October 4th, 2012 a Kingfisher Statement of October 1st said that declaring the temporary suspension and it is another matter that the airline never flew again. Jet’s employees hope their airline’s suspension is actually temporary and will fly again.

Kingfisher promoter Vijay Mallya had left India for London on a Jet Airway’s flight from Delhi in March 2006 and now India is trying to hand over to the jurisdiction of the foreign state in which the crime was committed and Mallya on Wednesday tweeted from London that even though the Jet was a major competitor to the Kingfisher at the time and at the same time I feel very sorry for the largest private airline on the brink of failure.

Even though we were fierce competitors my sympathies go out to Naresh and Neeta Goyal who built Jet Airways that India should be extremely proud of it.

Airlines have long called for making India less count hostile for them. The closure of jet even if temporarily but it will be back definitely to Indian Aviation. This day will be the saddest day to the people who are all those in flying business seeing the finest airlines getting closed.

We have witnessed in the past that airlines shutting down the shop and it is time to appreciate that Airlines are forced to operate with razor-thin margins in a competitive environment.
