Malaysia’s flavourful and various delicacies is about to take the centre stage on the second “Taste of Malaysia” Meals Competition at Shangri-La Lodge, Bengaluru’s b Café from 12 to 22 October 2019.

The lodge has invited Bengalureans to embark on a culinary journey of genuine dishes created by visitor cooks Roslan Adnan and Antonio of Shangri-La’s Rasa Ria Resort & Spa, Kota Kinabalu. “The said guests have flown to Bengaluru especially for this festival,” shared Shamira Ajani, Director of Communications, Shangri-La, Bengaluru in a press assertion.

With its wealthy and various culinary historical past, Malaysian meals is understood for its intense and distinct fusion of spicy, candy and bitter flavours. It displays the multi-ethnic and multi-cultural make-up of its inhabitants and is dwelling to a melting pot of flavours, with influences from China, India, and Indonesia.

A local of West Malaysia from the city of Banting Selangor, Chef Roslan has perfected the artwork of Malaysian delicacies since he was 18 years outdated.
