With the arrival of POCO Launcher, a simple but effective and agile launcher, Xiaomi introduced as a great novelty the possibility of using a drawer of applications to show the list of applications. A new innovation that will now be available in the default Launcher of MIUI.
Apparently, according to several Chinese users, the latest alpha version of MIUI Launcher signed as 184.108.40.2065-06141703 adds as a novelty the expected App Drawer ( App Drawer ). Specifically, from this version we will have a central button located at the bottom of our screen from which we can access the full list of applications.
As shown in the following images, MIUI will have a new option in its settings from which we can enable the Drawer App. In this way, MIUI will have a default of no applications drawer, but if we want to enable it, it will be enough to access the settings or enable the new option destined to it. In addition, once we access the application drawer, keeping a long tap on any of the applications we can access various shortcuts that will allow us to perform specific actions of each of them.
Undoubtedly, one more option that comes as a clear example of the large number of customizations that the Xiaomi customization layer allows us. And what do you prefer … the application drawer or the usual design of MIUI.
