The 45 MLD (million litres per day) plant was inaugurated by Honourable Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami!”

The Rs 348 crore, 45 MLD TTRO plant will provide handled wastewater to the economic models. Until now, these industrial models had been equipped with 40 MLD desalinated water.

With the inauguration of the TTRO plant, the desalinated water will even be accessible to residents for ingesting functions.

In accordance with an official, the handled water is match for ingesting because it has a complete dissolved solids (TDS) degree of 70 whereas the conventional ingesting water has a TDS of about 250.
